What is the Digital Product Passport (DPP)?
The Digital Product Passport is a digital record opened by scanning a QR code printed on the product. It gathers the product's composition, origin and manufacture, durability, care, certifications and recycling data. It is established by the EU Ecodesign Regulation ESPR (Regulation (EU) 2024/1781) and arrives sector by sector: textiles go first, followed by footwear, electronics, furniture, batteries and more.
For a small or medium-sized company — and for any manufacturer selling into the EU — the DPP is a new technical obligation worth preparing early. That is exactly what we take care of, whatever your product.
The DPP arrives sector by sector
It has a calendar
Textiles go first (delegated act ~2027); batteries, electronics, furniture and more follow. Preparing late costs more.
It is confusing
Which data it requires and in what format still raises plenty of doubts. We translate it into something simple.
It strengthens your brand
Done well, the passport is not just legal compliance: it shows your customers the origin, quality and sustainability of your product. An advantage, not just paperwork.
We take care of everything, end to end
You send us your data (we chase your suppliers for the rest)
Composition, origin, care and certifications. Most of it is already in your tech packs; for the rest we send your supplier a link — they upload a PDF and the AI fills in the fields for them.
We build the passport and the QR
Each passport with its GS1 Digital Link QR, verifiable by anyone and in 6 languages, at a stable URL. And the compliance engine tells you exactly what you are missing, citing the article.
Live and kept up to date
You print the QR on your label. We host it and, with Living Regulation, we watch the law and tell you what to change when it is updated.
Prefer to do it yourself? You get the full platform —AI creation, compliance, white-label, QR export, API— from €0. Create a free account and see for yourself.
A real Digital Product Passport
This is what whoever scans your product's QR sees: data, verification and QR on a stable page. It is not a mock-up — it is a real passport.
Clear pricing, no surprises
Start free. Then pick a clear, fixed plan (no loose add-on packs), and if you prefer, we set it all up for you. Enterprise solutions cost hundreds or thousands of euros per month (€15,000 to €100,000/year for the professional ones).
Pick the plan that fits and change it whenever you want. No set-up fee, no lock-in.
If the law changes, we update your passport. With Living Regulation, you never fall out of date.
We monitor the official EU sources (EUR-Lex) daily and, when something that affects you changes, we review it and tell you what to update.

Manufacturers and exporters: your EU buyers will ask for this
The DPP follows the product placed on the EU market, not the factory's location. If your garments or goods are sold in Europe, your EU clients will need passport-ready data from you — and a manufacturer that can hand over a ready passport is easier to buy from. We build it from the data and certificates you already hold (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, SMETA and more), in English, and you approve every passport before it goes live.
A complete platform for DPP compliance
The platform includes the essentials to comply. The rest —like having us do it for you— you choose in the plans above, with no surprises or hidden costs. Everything you see works today: open the live example passport before deciding.
We tell you exactly what you are missing to be compliant, citing the article, and we separate what is mandatory now from what comes later.
You send them a link, they upload a PDF or a photo and the AI fills in the data for them. You review and approve.
From a photo, a description or your shop's link to a complete passport in 2 minutes. The AI drafts, you review and publish.
A public, verifiable score (data + signature + GS1 + verification) that gives your brand credibility.
A dossier ready for auditors, customs or marketplaces with the status of every legal requirement.
Export everything whenever you want in JSON, CSV, API and open JSON-LD. The QR uses GS1 Digital Link: you can leave without losing anything.
Every passport is signed with a public key (Ed25519) and can be verified by anyone, in their own browser —an authority, a retailer or your customer—. It is not an internal registry you have to take on faith: it is a publicly checkable signature. Ready for the EU DPP registry.
Not just "the brand says so": every piece of data a supplier contributes is attested —who, when, signed and chained—. If a value changes later, the attestation says so. A serious answer to greenwashing, without blockchain and at no cost to your supplier.
The official identifier of the DPP, not just any QR. As QR, DataMatrix or NFC, and in 6 languages.
Bring your catalogue from Shopify, WooCommerce or Excel/CSV, without typing product by product.
An overview that prioritises what to fix first across all your products.
We follow the regulation for you and tell you what you are missing, citing the article. When the rules change, you find out before the fine does.
How many times each passport is scanned and from where. The QR stops being decoration and becomes data.
Each passport tells its story on a timeline: manufacture, repairs, resale and recycling. Your customer registers the warranty, requests repairs and transfers ownership on resale — and you see it in your panel.
Estimate the footprint of your whole catalogue at once, benchmarked by sector, ready for the passport. The ESPR's environmental requirement, without expensive consultants.
The public passport is shown in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Sell abroad without redoing anything.
A read-only mode for inspections or audits: they see what they are entitled to, without touching anything. You show up with your homework done.
Every change is recorded with date and author. Full traceability of the data: useful if you are audited.
The identifier goes on whichever carrier each market requires —QR, DataMatrix or NFC tag—, not only a QR.
The passport and the panel with your logo and your colours. It looks like yours, not a vendor's. Also ideal for consultancies.
REST API to integrate with your systems and per-unit serialisation (a unique QR per garment or batch).
The panel can be added to your home screen like an app: manage your catalogue and passports from your phone.
If you prefer, we collect and assemble the data for each product. You just approve.

Frequently asked questions about the DPP
When does the DPP become mandatory for textiles?
The delegated act for textiles is expected around 2027 and, realistically, the obligation will not land before 2028. It pays to prepare the data early.
I sell on Amazon or Zalando: does this affect me already?
Yes, and earlier than the DPP itself: the GPSR safety regulation applies since December 2024 and marketplaces delist products that do not identify the manufacturer, lack warnings or are not traceable. It is almost the same data the DPP will require: set it up once in your passport and it serves the marketplace today and the regulation tomorrow.
We manufacture outside the EU — does the DPP apply to us?
It applies to products sold in the EU regardless of where they are made. Your EU customers will need the data from you — so being DPP-ready is becoming a sales advantage for manufacturers and exporters. Read the exporters guide →
What information must a product's DPP include?
Material composition, recycled content, origin and manufacture, durability, repairability, care instructions, certifications and end-of-life or recycling guidance.
Is the DPP QR the same as a barcode?
No. The DPP QR links to a digital record with all the information; the barcode (GTIN) only identifies the product. The DPP uses standard identifiers such as GS1 Digital Link.
How much does it cost?
You can start with the Free plan. The platform goes from €19/month (75 products) to €59/month (unlimited products with AI); if you want us to set it up for you, from €149 depending on your catalogue. Enterprise solutions start at €500/month.
Do you work in English?
Yes. The public passport is available in six languages, and our team works with clients in English and Spanish — from onboarding to support.
